Utilizing interfaces to Jonas General Ledger and Jonas Time Keeper
Jonas Club Management is the most popular club management system in the world. Because so many clubs rely on Jonas Software as their primary provider of club management software, ClubPay has put a special emphasis on providing clean Jonas Software integration. We currently offer interfaces to both Jonas General Ledger and Jonas Time Keeper (Labor Management).
Interfacing to your Jonas Accounting System (General Ledger) is very easy and highly customizable. Within minutes of submitting your payroll to ClubPay for processing, you can download a file that includes the breakdown of your labor expense including wages, benefits, deductions, taxes and any other information your club deems important. Once downloaded, you simply go into the Jonas system and using the Jonas General Ledger General Purpose Upload, import your payroll information into Jonas Club Management. Our development team will customize your import to provide as much or as little detail as you require for your Jonas Software Import.
For the Club that utilizes Jonas Time Keeper to track hours worked and as a labor management system, ClubPay offers a convenient way to import hours from Jonas into ClubPay for processing. Once all time and attendance data has been corrected and approved by department heads, an export file is generated from Jonas Time Keeper/Processing by selecting starting and ending dates relative to the payroll period. A preview may be viewed to validate information prior to import.
Once satisfied, the download file is generated from Jonas Time Keeper and assigned a name and file location. The user has the choice to accept or change the name and location before saving. At this point, the Jonas Software will create the file that is required to upload Jonas Time Keeper data into ClubPay. The final step is to go back into Jonas Time Keeper and transfer the time data to history.
