Your dedicated implementation consultant will do the majority of the work involved in converting to ClubPay. We will work with a sense of urgency, pay attention to detail and provide clear communication to you every step of the way. Your actual systems training takes approximately 2 hours and we will provide you “live training” by walking you through your first three payroll processing periods before your transition to Client Support and integrating your club into our Client Success Program.
Mid-Year Payroll Outsourcing Migration Management
Many clubs think that converting to a new payroll solution mid-year will present issues with year-to-date numbers and cause problems when filing quarterly and year end tax returns. By taking full ownership in your data conversion, we eliminate this concern. All quarter-to-date and year-to-date balances are converted into ClubPay. To keep things simple and straightforward, your club will receive one set of W-2’s at year end.

Your dedicated implementation consultant will conduct an extensive pilot test following set-up and before live date to minimize disruptions during your first payroll processing. By taking full ownership for your data conversion, ClubPay eliminates the need for tedious data entry sometimes associated with a payroll outsourcing migration. ClubPay will guide you on how to collect your data from your existing system and then our team of consultants will convert the data and import it into ClubPay.
